Guilford's Cilantro Specialty Food on the Green is hiring! Guilford Patch spotted their 'Help Wanted' sign this week, and chatted with employees Sasha and Gabriel about what qualifications the eatery was on the lookout for.

"Someone who's friendly, who likes working with people," the two employees told Guilford Patch in between waiting on a full house of customers. "Experience would be great, but it's not necessary. From what we know, the application is for positions involved in food service and preparation."
