Collapsed Tractor Trailer On I-95 N In Westbrook Should Be Cleared Soon, Police Say
State police estimate it will be cleared by around 7 a.m.
Connecticut State Police dispatch from Troop F in Westbrook said a collapsed tractor trailer that is blocking the middle of I-95 Northbound near Westbrook should be cleared in about 20 minutes or so, or by around 7 a.m.
The tractor trailer was being towed behind a truck and collapsed, blocking rush-hour traffic, according to WFSB.
