Creativity Is Encouraged For Guilford's Gingerbread Decorating Contest

The contest is open to youth, adults, groups, families and businesses.

GUILFORD, CT — Guilford Parks and Recreation is giving the community the opportunity to be creative with a decorating contest.

The contest, a Gingerbread House decorating event, is open to youth, adults, groups, families, and businesses, with the winner being chosen by the community who will be voting on the gingerbread houses.

Creativity and original ideas are encouraged.

The main structure can be gingerbread or graham crackers, while all other components must be edible materials. The base can’t exceed 20” x 20.”
