Guilford Offers Reminder For Snow And Ice Removal
Failure to comply may result in a $100 per day fine, the town said.
GUILFORD, CT — The Town of Guilford on Monday reminded residents about snow and ice removal following a storm.
Property owners are responsible for keeping adjacent sidewals and ramps clear of snow and ice. sidewalks and ramps must be cleared within 24 hours after a winter storm ends, and failure to comply may result in a $100 per day fine.
"Thank you for helping keep our community safe and accessible this winter," the town noted.
