Guilford ABC To Celebrate 50th Anniversary With Benefit Concert

The concert will be at Guilford High School. Tickets are on sale now.

GUILFORD, CT — Guilford A Better Chance (ABC) will celebate its 50th anniversary with a special benefit concert at Guilford High School on Oct. 19 at 7 p.m.

The concert will feature composer, singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Mo Pleasure. There will also be students from the GHS Music Department and GHS Voices, directed by special guest Angela Clemmons.

"Guilford A Better Chance offers intelligent and talented young women of color from under-represented communities the opportunity to attend a high quality public high school and a preparatory college-track program," the nonprofit's website says.
