The Guilford Fair Returns This September

GUILFORD, CT — The 2024 Guilford Fair will take place from Sept. 20-22.

Established in 1859, the fair is held each year during the third full weekend in September. The fair moved to the Guilford Fairgrounds in 1969.

The fun-filled three-day event features rides, live music, food, activities and exhibits for all ages.

This year's full entertainment and events schedule can be found here. All acts are weather permitting and no refunds will be issued.

Here's other pertinent information to know about the highly-anticipated event:

Hours

• Sept. 20: 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Sept. 21: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Sept. 22: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The free Guilford Fair Parade will take place on Sept. 21 at the Guilford Town Green.

Ticket pricing

• General admission: $15
• Seniors 62 and older, and current military with ID: $10
• Children age 11 and under: free
• Three-day discount pass: $40

General admission includes all entertainment, exhibits and demonstrations. Rides and refreshments are extra.

ATMs will be available at the main entrance and inside.

Parking

• There will be free parking and shuttle buses available at Exit 57 off I-95. Parking on-site at the Guilford Fairgrounds is $10. The shuttle schedule and more information can be found here.
