Guilford Farmers Market To Feature Fall-Themed Items

Guilford Farmers Market only has three weeks left in its inaugural farmers market season.

GUILFORD, CT – With only three weeks left in the inaugural season of the Guilford Farmers Market and with Oct. 12 being Old Farmer’s Day, market organizers encourage people to attend the market and support vendors who have been at the market all season.

The Guilford Farmers Market is on Thursday, Oct. 12, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 111 Lovers Ln.

Featured on this week's farmers market is Lobster Tails Food Truck, which will have hot and cold lobster rolls, clam rolls and platters and much more. Also featured is Bake Bake Hooray, which has cinnamon rolls and stuffed cookies, among other offerings.

As fall arrives in Connecticut, several vendors at the Guilford Farmers Market will have fall-themed items, including Lost Lake Organic Farm, which offers mums, pumpkins and gourds. Dondero Orchards will have sugar pumpkins. Mostly Nuts has their fall blend out along with all their flavors, Soulstice Kombucha has pumpkin spice flavor, Papa Spyros Olive Oil will bring their pumpkin hummus and Ronnie’s Candles will have all their fall scents available.

Quin Miller will provide music during the farmer’s market.
