Guilford Flu Clinics to be Held October 7

On Monday, October 7, several locations in Guilford will host flu clinics, according to a recent newsletter sent out by Senator Ed Meyer. Clinics will be held at Guilford Court from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., at Boston Terrace from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and at Sachem Hollow from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Licensed nurses will administered the vaccines at each location. 

According to Meyer's newsletter, "VNA Community Healthcare nurses will hold events like these across the state as flu season approaches. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends everyone receive a yearly flu vaccination."

The Guilford flu clinics will vaccinate people of all ages and accepts Medicare and major health insurance providers.
