Building Sells For $8.25 Million In Guilford: Report
The sale of the 56,500 square-foot-building was recorded in May, according to a report in the New Haven Business Journal.
GUILFORD, CT — A Guilford medical office building known as Innovation Park has been sold for $8.25 million, according to a news report from New Haven Biz.
The fully occupied 56,500-square-foot building complex located at 246 Goose Lane was sold by Georgia-based WTS Goose Lane Ventures to Guilford-based WS Innovation LLC., in a deal recorded earlier this month, according to the news report.
