Matthew Riley Sours, 22, of Westbrook, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Erin Winkler, 46, of Danielson, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and issuing a bad check, $500-$1,000.
