July 10

Peter Emanual Perkins, 60, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree larceny and making home improvements without certification.

Kelly Marie Hall, 50, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

July 13

Emily E. Newhard, 31, of Wallingford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

July 16

Justine Woodall, 37, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree larceny/embezzlement of a person over 60, blind or physically disabled, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, first-degree identity theft, and conspiracy to commit first-degree identity theft.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
