Oct. 18
Russell Thomas Ballard, 20, of Guilford, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, weapons in a motor vehicle, unlawful discharge of a firearm, first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace, criminal possession of a firearm/defense weapon, possession with intent to sell hallucinogens, possession of a controlled substance second-offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of illegal possession of large capacity magazine, and negligent storage of a firearm.

Peter Laoretti, 58, of Guilford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Dayshawn Ealey, 38, of Middletown, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Oct. 21
Felice Ciuffi, 59, of Guilford, was charged with second-degree threatening/physical threat.
James J. Crook, 46, of Madison, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
Oct. 23
Dejuan L. Hammie, 35, listed by police as homeless, was charged with second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, first-degree identity theft, and conspiracy to commit first-degree identity theft.
