Matthew Steven Reynolds, 42, of Madison, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and drinking while driving.

Nicholas Andrew Chartier, 33, of East Windsor, was charged with conspiracy to commit organized retail theft and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Oct. 15

Yarilyz Mary Burgos Medrano, 32, of New Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment.
