Benjamin Siciliano, 21, of 2001 Durham Road, Guilford, charged August 4th with illegally operating under influence alcohol/drugs.
Matthew Lipowski, 32, of 70 Maple Avenue, North Haven, charged August 7th with larceny in the 6th degree.
