GUILFORD, CT - Guilford police made several arrests this past week. All arrested are only charged at this time.
Arrested were:
Gregory Allen Ivy, 33, of 10 Frank Street, New Haven, charged February 28th with simple trespass, larceny in the 6th degree.

Shannon J. Caruso, 47 of 18 Windmill Road, Branford, charged March 5th wih larceny in the 5th degree.
Ivan Aponte, 39, of 12 Stonybrook Terrace, Shelton, charged March 5th with illegally operating CMV under influence of alcohol/drugs.

Peter W. Fonicello, 59, of 94 Nut Plains Road, Guilford, charged March 6th with illegally operating CMV under influence (2nd offense), failure to drive in proper lane, use of drug paraphernalia.
