“Mickens kept our department going on the environmental end doing all the inspections, plan reviews and assisting in running the front end of our department,” Lindgren said. “She goes well beyond her duties as a sanitarian and works countless hours and weekends. She is always helpful, friendly and a pleasure to work with.”
Shirly is a great asset to our department and our Town. I’m grateful to have Shirley as part of our Health Department team,” added Lindgren.
Hoey initiated the program and has encouraged all employees to nominate fellow employees to be recognized for outstanding achievement and performance in their work.
