Guilford's Mother and Daughter Night Out Program Information Released
Spots are limited for the program designed to give girls a better understanding of how their bodies will change during puberty.
GUILFORD, CT – Guilford Youth and Family Services are hosting a Mother and Daughter Night Out on Wednesday, May 17.
The event, scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at 36 Graves Ave., is designed to give girls a better understanding of their bodies' changes during puberty.
Sarah Kellogg, MSN, RN, will facilitate the course.

Topics will also include the impotence of maintaining a positive body image and how to deal with different situations which may arise.
The program is for girls in 5th and 6th grades and their mothers/female caregivers.

The cost is $10 per couple, including resource materials, goodie bags, dessert, and beverages.
