The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that bridge repairs will be performed on six bridges on I-95 in Guilford beginning Sunday, July 21, 2013. All work will be done at night.

- Guilford – Bridge 200 over Granite Road Southbound
- Guilford – Bridge 201 over Moose Hill Road Southbound
- Guilford – Bridge 202 over Route 1
- Guilford – Bridge 203 over Long Hill Road
- Guilford – Bridge 205 over Route 77 (Church Street)
- Guilford – Bridge 206 over State Street
This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2013 bridge maintenance program to support state forces with bridge repairs and is being performed by Costello Industries.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on I-95 Northbound between Exit 56 (Leetes Island Road) and Exit 59 (SR 718, Goose Lane) in Guilford.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday through Thursday evenings).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
