Obituary: Jean Marie Richardson, 54, of Guilford
A hairdresser, CMA and phlebotomist, she loved the beach, the sea, sunshine on her face, hiking, nature, gardening, and all animals.
Jean Marie Richardson 54 passed away peacefully in her home on May 3, 2024. She was born on March 5, 1970 in Taunton, Ma and resided in Guilford, CT.
She is predeceased by her father William Richardson, her paternal grandparents William and Louise Richardson, and her maternal grandparents Loring and Helen Beatty.

She will be greatly missed by her son, Second Lieutenant Thomas Navickis United States Air Force, her mother Millie Mountain, stepfather Paul Mountain, hers sisters Joanne (Vincent) Durazzo, Karole Davis (Hank Dawson), Kristina (Michael) Patten and Jessica (Thomas) Pond.
Her nieces and nephews Andrew Davis, Michelle Covert, Alyssa Davis, Adam Davis, Danielle Savo, Tyler Napoletano, Zachary Pond, Matthew Napoletano and Emmett Pond,
great niece Sophia Covert, great nephew Cameran Covert, and her partner Michael Giovannini.
Jean was a graduate from Guilford High School. She was a licensed hairdresser and worked at many salons throughout the area. She graduated from Stanford Brown University with her CMA and also had her certification from Hartford Hospital School of Phlebotomy.

Jean loved going to the beach and ocean, having sunshine on her face and sand on her feet. She liked hiking, nature, gardening and had a love for all animals. She was a believer in extra terrestrial phenomena and Bigfoot!
She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, godmother, great Aunt and friend.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday May 8th at Alderbrook Cemetery in Guilford at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or any local animal rescue.
