Police Firearms Training Announced In Guilford
Residents might hear gunfire in town this week, police announced.

GUILFORD, CT — The Guilford Police Department announced Tuesday it will be conducting low-light firearms training this week at the town range.
The training exercises are scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 18, and Wednesday, Nov. 19, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The town range is located in the area of the Transfer Station.
"So if you hear gunfire in that area during these hours, please do not be alarmed," police said in a Facebook post. "We appreciate your patience with this training."
