4 Roads Remain Closed In Guilford Due To Storm: Police

GUILFORD, CT — Several roads were closed in Guilford following the storm that moved into the area during the overnight hours Sunday into Monday.

Four roads in town remain closed, according to the Guilford Police Department.

The remaining closed roads:

80-90 Old Sachems Head CLOSED
453 Peddlers Rd CLOSED
80 Alden Dr CLOSED
County Rd between Church & RT 77 CLOSED

According to the Eversource outage map, there are 347 customers without power in Guilford as of 7 p.m.

The forecast calls for Monday night is partly cloudy with a low around 37. Wind gusts as high as 26 mph are possible, according to the National Weather Service.
