Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Janet is working literally around the clock, managing a COVID 19 outbreak since early March.
She is leading our heroic staff members in fighting this disease among our vulnerable resident population.

Her leadership is critical to identifying patients with the disease by advocating testing for all residents, providing constant education to the staff, and attending to all families concerns. She makes rounds in the building wearing full personal protective gear multiple times a day, including weekends, checking on every patient.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
In this moment of an unparalleled health crisis, where there is no road map to guaranteed success, Janet’s dedication and love for our residents, and fellowship among health care workers shine so very bright. She is truly an inspiration to everyone at our facility.
