The Shoreline Vine, in the courtyard at 724 Boston Post Road in Madison is open.
Featuring more than 40 different kinds of extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the world, it is owned and operated by Dawn Schwab of Madison.
Schwab is offering a "buy 10 get one free" promotion and daily pairings, where she shows customers how to blend and match her offerings to complement different kinds of food. In the future she hopes to do after-hours events and cross promotions with local chefs.
Hours at the shop, which is near Ashley's Ice Cream store, are 10 to 6 Monday through Friday, 10 to 5 on Saturday and 12 to 4 on Sunday.
Prices range from $4.95 for 60 ml to $26.95 for 750 ml.
