Alert Update GUILFORD - I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 57 and 59 (2.3 miles) because of Crash (Tractor Trailer Vs 1 Veh) between Exits 58 and 59. The right lane is closed. Reported Thursday, October 27 at 8:03 a.m.
UPDATE as of 8:35 a.m.: The state DOT reports that the accident has been cleared, and there are no more delays near the accident site.
