UPDATE: Owners Claims Two Missing Huskies In Guilford

GUILFORD, CT - Two dogs have just been picked up by the Guilford Police Department who are looking for their rightful owners. The Guilford Animal Shelter reports the owner has picked up the dogs and everyone is safe and sound.

On the police department’s Facebook page, police said this earlier in day:

“These two Huskies were trying to live their best life chasing squirrels in the area of Route 77 and Coginchaug Court....

“They forgot about the fact that cars get in the way of their squirrel hunt...

“They jumped in the patrol car and howled with glee all the way to the PD!

“They are waiting for their people at the shelter and are hoping you can get them home soon.”
