Wings, Beer, and Slam Dunks: Where to Watch March Madness in Guilford

From March 19 to April 8 it's March Madness time! The top 64 NCAA College Basketball teams will face off over the next few weeks, and, in this tournament, one loss, will send a team home. So, how exactly does March Madness work?

Here's what How Stuff Works has to say:

The NCAA tournament is played over a period of three weeks, usually beginning on the third Thursday in March...

Over the first two full days of the tournament, the field of 64 teams is pared to 32. In the next two days, the field is trimmed to 16 -- the Sweet 16, as it is often called. These final 16 teams take a four-day break before resuming play on the next Thursday. During the second week of the tournament, the field is trimmed from 16 to four. These teams comprise the tournament's Final Four.

In the third and final week of the tournament, the teams that survive the mayhem of March and make it to the Final Four battle it out in April for the crown of college basketball.

According to their website, KC's will be celebrating March Madness with specials and will be offering all the games. Here's what they're saying on their website:

"Of Course, during all UCONN BASKETBALL GAMES, KC’S OFFERS $2 Bud Light, Miller Lite and Coors Light bottles beer specials. Not interested? We have plenty of beers on tap, along with Thimble Island’s new Coffee Stout, a local craft brew."

Auger's says they have "all games and all sports."
