HAMDEN, CT — A winning lottery ticket worth $50,000 was recently sold in Hamden, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

A North Haven resident won $50,000 on a Multiplier Madness ticket that was sold at Stop & Shop at 2335 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, according to lottery officials.

A Hamden resident also recently won $100,000 on a $100,000 CA$HWORD scratch ticket that was sold at Best Gas Food Mart at 161 Boston Post Rd. in West Haven, according to lottery officials.
