Members of the Hamden Land Conservation Trust organized a planting party Saturday at their property at the corner of Servoss and Mather streets in Hamden.
Members of the Whitneyville Gardening Club as well as neighbors pitched in to plant butterfly bushes at the busy corner.
These plants will attract butterflies and butterfly admirers for years to come.
