Hamden Chamber Holds Annual Golf and Tennis Charity Tournament
The June 13 tournament will benefit Make A Wish Connecticut.

Hamden, CT – The Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce announces its upcoming Annual Charity Golf & Tennis Tournament presented by Toyota of Wallingford to be held Monday, June 13 at the Farms Country Club in Wallingford. The Chamber is proud to partner again for the fourth year with Make-A-Wish Connecticut to enable a local child with a life threatening medical condition to fulfill their wish. There will be a four person scramble format for golfers and a four person format for tennis players. Registration begins at 10:45 a.m. followed by lunch. Shotgun start at 1pm. Individual golfers is $250; foursomes are $900. Individual tennis players is $125; team of four are $450. Tennis registration begins at 1pm. There will be lunch, a cocktail hour, dinner and a well-stocked silent auction and raffle, along with the awards presentation. Each golfer and tennis player will also have their choice of two premium concerts tickets to either the Toyota Oakdale Theatre or the Xfinity Theater compliments of Live Nation.
New this year will be a Golf Clinic for those that are interested in learning the basics of golf and then join us for all the festivities that evening. Cost for the clinic is $85 and includes the cocktail reception and dinner.

Make-A-Wish grants life-changing wishes to a child diagnosed with a life threatening medical condition in the United States and territories every 38 minutes. Last year’s Wish recipient and their family will join us at the tournament on June 13.
