EAST HAVEN, CT — 13 Carlson Place LLC, of Hamden is seeking approval to construct 20 single-family homes on Thompson Avenue, the New Haven Register reported.

Six of the units would be classified as affordable, according to state guidelines. The project is pending before the Planning and Zoning Commission.
