HAMDEN, CT — The Hamden girls basketball team got back on track with a 63-45 victory over Foran on Friday night at Hamden High School.

Hamden, which was coming off a loss to Hillhouse on Tuesday, improved to 5-3 with the win.

The Green Dragons will be back in action with a home game against town rival Sacred Heart Academy on Tuesday, Jan. 13 at 6 p.m.

Sacred Heart Academy improved to 8-1 with a 44-32 victory over Sheehan in a showdown between two of the top teams in the Southern Connecticut Conference, and the state, Friday in Hamden.
