Hamden Police Blotter: April 20 to April 24

The following arrest information was provided by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

April 20:

Robert Boarddman, 52, of 586 Ella Grasso Blvd., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace and resisting arrest. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on May 3.

Michael Girlolomoni, 42, of 66 Church St., Hamden, was charged with criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation, first-degree identity theft and several motor vehicle charges. He was held in lieu of $1,500 bond and was arraigned May 1 in Meriden Superior Court.

April 21:

Herman Napoleon, 49, of 126 Newhall St., New Haven, was charged with driving while impaired, reckless driving, evading responsibility and driving without a license. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and was arraigned May 1 in Meriden Superior Court.

Brianna Eisensmith, 20, of 3 Old Quarry Rd., Woodbridge, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on May 6.

Lanee Williams, 35, of 95 Kaye Vue Dr., Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Williams was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

April 23:

Leonard Rizzo, 36, of 758 Choate Ave., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. He was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

April 24:

Brandon McNeil, 29, of 91 Second St., Hamden, was charged with interfering with an officer, escape from custody and two counts of sixth-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of $20,000 bond and was arraigned May 8 in Meriden Superior Court.

Maurice Menafee, 23, with listed addresses of 180 Exchange St. and 212 Dover St., both in New Haven, was charged with four counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court. He was held in lieu of $90,000 bond and arraigned May 7 in Meriden Superior Court.

Catherine Brown, 67, of 42 Elliot St., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass. She was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and arraigned May 9 in Meriden Superior Court.
