Hamden Police Blotter: Feb. 11 Through Feb. 25, 2025

Recent arrests by the Hamden Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Jamar K. Sims, 21, of Hamden, was arrested Feb. 11 on a charge of fifth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 21, according to state judicial records.

Burrie W. Sellers, 54, of Hamden, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of sixth-degree larceny and second-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 21.

Quincy Evans, 18, of Hamden, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of second-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 18.

Kimberley M. Cosmos, 44, of Wolcott, was arrested Feb. 12 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. She was being held in lieu of a $500 bond with a court date of April 25.

Abdul K. Sharif, 72, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 12.

Jamar K. Sims, 21, of Hamden, was arrested Feb. 18 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 21.

Tiny T. Scott, 47, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 18 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 25.

Antar Adams, 45, of Hamden, was arrested Feb. 21 on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of April 16.

Celestine Lawton, 56, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 22 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 1.

Brian J. Ganley, 57, of Orange, was arrested Feb. 23 on a charge of violating standing criminal protective order. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of May 1.

Jose C. Burgos, 55, of North Haven, was arrested Feb. 24 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, reckless driving, failure to drive in proper lane, and operating under suspension. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 14.

Bryant C. Williams, 49, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 25 on charges of third-degree assault, interfering with officer / resisting, risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct, first-degree unlawful restraint, and second-degree threatening – physical threat. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 8.
