Hamden Police Blotter: Feb. 26 Through March 5, 2025

Recent arrests by the Hamden Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

HAMDEN, CT — The following information has been provided by the Hamden Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Paul S. Ferraro, 62, of North Haven, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of second-degree threatening – physical threat, second-degree breach of peace, and operating motor vehicle under suspension. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of April 23, according to state judicial records.

Jerome L. Hunter, 40, of Hamden, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of larceny of motor vehicle – first offense and possession of motor vehicle with changed ID number. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of March 24.

Branden T. Wright, 32, of Hamden, was arrested Feb. 26 on charges of second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless burning, second-degree breach of peace, and illegal possession of exploding fireworks. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of April 9.

Tykies Kelly, 44, of New Haven, was arrested Feb. 27 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to child, and violation of protective order. He was released after posting a $100,000 bond with a court date of April 4.

Derek C. Johnson, 64, of Hamden, was arrested March 1 on a charge of third-degree criminal trespass. He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 28.

Maurice Von Britton, 44, of Hamden, was arrested March 2 on a charge of criminal violation of restraining order. He was released after posting a $50,000 bond with a court date of April 7.

Timothy Myers, 35, of New Haven, was arrested March 4 on a charge of violation of probation. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of April 14.

Juan Ramos, 46, of Hamden, was arrested March 4 on a charge of third-degree sexual assault. He was released after posting a $200,000 bond with a court date of April 2.

Tiny T. Scott, 47, of New Haven, was arrested March 5 on a charge of public indecency. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 25.
