
Hamden Republicans will convene on Tuesday at 8 p.m. in the Miller Memorial Library Community Room at to endorse candidates for the offices of Mayor, Town Clerk, Board of Education, and Council At Large, to be elected in November.
At the conclusion of the Convention, registered Republicans in each of the nine Legislative Districts will Caucus to endorse candidates to be elected in November.
All registered Republicans are welcome to participate.

The Democrats will hold their caucus on Monday, July 22. Mayor Scott Jackson is expected to be endorsed for a third term at the meeting.
A fundraiser also will be held for Republican mayoral candidate Bob Anthony on Tuesday, July 30 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Cafe Amici at 1670 Whitney Ave.

The guest speaker is Lesley DeNardis, a Hamden resident, RTC and Hamden Board of Education member and associate professor of Political Science at Sacred Heart University.
