
Students at Hamden Hall in grades 1-5 jumped rope for nearly three hours on April 9 to raise money for the American Heart Association during the annual Lower School Jump Rope for Heart event.
With 41 jumpers taking part, Hamden Hall raised $2,654. This is the school's 26th year participating in this national event, according to coordinator Mark McEachern.
During that time, Hamden Hall has raised more than $100,000 for the American Heart Association. Top fundraisers this year were fifth-grader Christina LoRicco and fourth-grader Andrew Neubauer.
