Large Police Presence Responds For Investigation In Hamden: PD

Officials said police are conducting a criminal investigation.

HAMDEN, CT — A large police presence responded to 1164 Dixwell Avenue as part of a criminal investigation, police said on Monday afternoon.

The investigation is related to illegal sales of marijuana, according to Lt. Raymond Quinn.

“There is no danger to the public,” Quinn wrote in a news release. “This is an ongoing investigation.”
