Learn to Dive with the Hamden Rec Department
A Hamden High School grad and national diving champion will be teaching the classes.
The Hamden Recreation Department is offering diving lessons with Patty Althoff Conte.
Conte was a member of the Hamden High School Class of '88 and Williams College Class of '92. She was a two-time Division III national diving champion while at Williams.
She is the Hamden High School boy's diving coach and the Cheshire High School girl's diving coach.
Three session are available for beginners or those with more advanced skills on Friday afternoons from 4:15 - 5 p.m. beginning on May 10 – June 21 and Saturday mornings from 9 - 9:45 a.m. or 9:45 - 10:30 a.m. from May 11 – June 22.
Each session is $70. Check or cash only, sorry no credit cards. Stop by the Recreation office at 2750 Dixwell Ave. to register or visit the website at www.hamden.com to download form.
