Obituary: Assunta "Tina" Danese, 75, of Hamden
Tina, a devoted wife and mother, enjoyed cooking and cherished spending time with family and friends.
HAMDEN, CT - (From Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home) Assunta "Tina" Danese, 75, of Hamden died Dec. 30th at Midstate Hospital after a brief illness.
She was the loving wife of the late Anthony Danese. She was the daughter of the late Domenico & Rosa DiAngelo Santo.
Tina was born in Italy, came to Connecticut when she was 18 years old, and resided in Hamden for most of her life.
She enjoyed cooking for and being with her family & friends.
She is survived by sons; Frank Danese of Hamden, and Vincent (Emily) Danese of Cheshire.
She also leaves brothers and sisters who reside in Italy.
Friends are asked to go directly to Blessed Sacrament Church (CBOL) TUESDAY at 10 A.M. for a Mass of Christian burial.
Interment will take place at a later date.
