Edward worked many years for Sikorsky Aircraft as an inspector and was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII.
HAMDEN, CT - (From Sisk Brothers Funeral Home) In Dedham, MA August 20, 2021 Edward J. Caporossi 100, of Needham, MA, formerly of Hamden.
Loving husband of Angelina DeCapua Caporossi, father of Karen Salvatore of Aquinnah, MA., brother of Jeanne DePalma of Naples, Fl.
Also survived by his cherished grandchildren Jared Salvatore of Vineyard Haven, MA, Kendra Salvatore of Accord, NY, Cameron Salvatore of Boston and a great granddaughter Isola.
Edward was born in New Haven son of the late Nicholas and Josephine Piazza Caporossi. He was an US Army Veteran of WWII, Division One Reconnaissance in Africa, Middle East, and Europe. He retired after many years from Sikorsky Aircraft as an inspector.
Graveside service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in All Saints Cemetery. Please meet at the cemetery office at 9:45 a.m.
