At Plant Science Day, Experts Help Track Decline of Bees

Hundreds of gardeners, beekeepers and just plain fans gathered at Hamden's Lockwood Farm on Wednesday for the 101st Plant Science Day. The free event included tours of the Butterfly Garden and field plots, as well as soil testing and a chance to get up close and personal with honeybees and caterpillars.
