Police Blotter — April 16 to April 19

The following arrest information was provided by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

April 16:

Joseph Barraco, 36, of 9 Regent Court, Wallingford, was charged with failure to obey an officer's signal, engaging police in pursuit, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with a police officer and possession of marijuana. He was held in lieu of $2,000 bond and arraigned April 29 in Meriden Superior Court.

April 17:

Debora Devino, 46, of 671 Winchester Ave., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He posted $500 bond and was arraigned April 30 in Meriden Superior Court.

Alexis Ellis, 28, of 44 First St., Hamden, was charged with third-degree assault. He was arraigned April 30 in Meriden Superior Court.

Joseph Flonc, 43, of 40 Austen Road, Hamden, was charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree burglary. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and arraigned May 1 in Meriden Superior Court.

Carlos Padilla, 36, of 1146 Whalley Ave., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was arraigned April 30 in Meriden Superior Court.

Melissa Griffo, 29, of 162 Chestnut St., Waterbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. He was arraigned April 30 in Meriden Superior Court.

April 19:

Monica Allen, 44, of 306 Pine Rock Ave., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and arraigned April 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

Shandrika Jackson, 41, of 637 Sherman Pkwy., New Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and arraigned April 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

Reginald James, 24, of 45 Albert Rd., Hamden, was charged with violation of a protective order and criminal mischief. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and arraigned April 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

Zoltan Verrillo, 27, of 11 Manorwood Dr., Branford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and arraigned the same day in Meriden Superior Court.
