Police Blotter: April 3 to April 5

The following arrest information was provided by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

April 3:

James Violano, 48, of 630 Mix Ave., Hamden, was charged with four counts of failure to appear in court. He was held in lieu of $25,000 bond and was arraigned April 17 in Meriden Superior Court.

April 4:

Adrian Bell, 19, of 30 Daisy St., New Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer and violation of probation. He was held in lieu of $50,000 bond and was arraigned April 19 in Meriden Superior Court.

Latison Coard, 43, of 55 Circular Ave., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. Coard was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Jamell Mention, 22, of 19 Country Hill Rd., Hamden, was charged with interfering with an officer, engaging an officer in pursuit, reckless driving and motor vehicle infractions. He was held in lieu of $1,500 bond and was arraigned April 19 in Meriden Superior Court.

Donald Morris, 25, of 94 Diamond St., New Haven, was charged with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor. He was held in lieu of $15,000 bond and was arraigned April 16 in Meriden Superior Court.

Christopher Pralle, 24, of 819 Aspen Glen Drive, Hamden, was charged with four counts of the sale of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school. He was held in lieu of $100,000 bond and was arraigned April 17 in Meriden Superior Court.

Terell Smith, 24, of 70 Circular Ave., Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

April 5:

JohnLuke Robinson, 22, of 12 Burton St., New Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on April 19.
