Police Blotter: April 9 to April 12

The following arrest information was provided by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

April 9:

Lamont Barham, 39, of 26 Loller Rd., Hamden, was charged with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

April 10:

Katherine Clarke, 27, of 3000 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and arraigned April 24 in Meriden Superior Court.

Kayla Fu, 20, of Millersville, MI, was charged with disorderly conduct. They were arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Joseph Giamatiai, 41, of New Haven, was charged with two counts of breach of peace and two counts of threatening. He was held in lieu of $2,000 bond and was arraigned April 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

April 11:

David Card, 50, of West Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court. He was held in lieu of $10,000 bond and was arraigned April 23 in Meriden Superior Court.

Jennifer Diaz, 19, of 645 Woodin St., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Norman Foberg, 71, of Wallingford, was charged with possession of child pornography. He was held in lieu of $10,000 bond and arraigned April 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

Anthony Highsmith, 50, of 1160 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, was charged with violation of probation. He was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Clarence Hundley, 68 of 645 Woodin St., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

April 12:

Terrance Thompson, 42, of 52 Westerfield Dr., Hamden, was charged with three counts of the illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of a prescription and one count of possession of narcotics. He was held in lieu of $115,000 bond and arraigned April 24 in Meriden Superior Court.
