Police Blotter: March 30 to April 2
The following arrest information was provided by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

March 30:
Edwin Arpi, 21, of 119 Corbin Rd., Hamden, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, third-degree strangulation, risk of injury to a child, interfering with an emergency call and unlawful restraint. He was held in lieu of $250,000 bond and was arraigned April 8 in Meriden Superior Court, where his case was transfered to New Haven Superior Court because of its seriousness. He is next due to appear there on May 23.
Erik Silberberg, 39, whose address wasn't available, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on April 12.
April 1:
Linard Bailey, 49, and Carolyn Bailey, 42, both of 1730 State St., each was charged with disorderly conduct. Both were released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court the next day.
Jeffrey Bryan, 49, of 129 Newhall St., New Haven, was charged with operating a home repair business without a license. He was held in lieu of $1,500 bond and arraigned April 15 in Meriden Superior Court.
April 2:
Terrence Broxton, 24, of 499 Norton Parkway, New Haven, was charged with possession of narcotics, three counts of the illegal manufacture, sale or distribution of narcotics, possession of drugs near a prohibited place and the sale of a controlled substance. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and arraigned April 12 in Meriden Superior Court.
David Fusco, 44, and Elizabeth Rivera, 47, both of 22 Webb St., Hamden, was each charged with disorderly conduct. Both were released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court the next day.
