Police make arrests on charges of assault, breach of peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, among other things.

-- Monica Allen, 43, of 306 Pine Rock Ave., Hamden, was charged Nov. 18 with resisting arrest. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Dec. 7.
-- Avery DeBoise, 18, of 1377 Ella Grasso Blvd, New Haven, was charged Nov. 19 with two counts of third-degree assault, two counts of second-degree breach of peace and two counts of reckless endangerment. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court Dec. 4.

-- James Dixon, 34, of 143 Franklin Rd., Hamden, was charged Nov. 19 with disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and was arraigned the same day in Meriden Superior Court.
-- Tina Flowers, 43, of 674 Orange St., New Haven, was charged Nov. 16 with first-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court Nov. 30.

-- Christopher Graham, 25, of 42 Carmel St., New Haven, was charged Nov. 18 with second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.
-- Shandrika Jackson, 40, of 306 Pine Rock Ave., was charged Nov. 18 with fourth-degree larceny and interfering with officers. She was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and is due to appear in court on Dec. 7.
-- Natasha Shapiro, 22, of 827 Fountain St., Woodbridge, was charged Nov. 18 with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 3.
