The new headquarters for the Hamden-based Quinnipiac Bank and Trust is scheduled to open this summer at 2704 Dixwell Ave.
For five years it has been located a few blocks down from its new digs in an office building at the intersection if Dixwell Avenue and Sanford Street.
But soon all that will change with the construction of the 10,000 square foot, $2.4 million building.
The site will include 28 parking spaces and a drive-through.
