Quinnipiac University Considers Alternatives To Demolishing Hamden Homes: Report
The Hamden Historical Properties Commission and Hamden Historical Society asked Quinnipiac to preserve the historic homes.

HAMDEN, CT— Officials from Quinnipiac University recently spoke to Hamden’s Historic Properties Commission about alternatives to demolishing historic Hamden homes on Whitney Avenue, the New Haven Register reports.
Quinnipiac purchased several Whitney Avenue homes, previously rented to students, and planned to demolish them.

Hamden’s 90-day waiting period for demolition projects gave them time to act.
