HARTFORD, CT — Five people won at least $10,000 in lottery tickets they purchased at Hartford stores this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

Fernando Coutinho of Hartford won $25,000 in the 200X game. He bought his ticket at 7 Eleven (2120 Park St., Hartford).
