Hartford Resident Wins $10k Lottery Prize

HARTFORD — A Hartford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 29, Gloria Mark, of Hartford purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Citgo in Hartford won $10,000.
